Star Citizen is currently in alpha and actively under development. As a result, game elements may change or be rebalanced over time.

We are not responsible for any changes, bugs, or gameplay issues related to the current state of the game. Persistent bugs or glitches can often be fixed by resetting your character.

How can I purchase items from your store?

Simply browse our store, add the items you wish to buy to your cart, and complete the checkout process. The email address you provide during checkout will be used to deliver your items.

Is it safe to buy from your store?

Yes! All items in our store are official pledge items purchased directly through RSI. Once you receive them, they are permanently linked to your account and will remain there, even after server resets or game updates.

How are items delivered?

Items are delivered via the RSI gifting system. The email address you provide at checkout will receive an email from RSI with a link to claim your item. Make sure to log in to the correct RSI account to claim it. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Once claimed, items are permanently linked to your account.

How fast is the delivery?

Our team operates 24/7 to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Most deliveries are completed in under 15 minutes once your payment has been confirmed.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Your payment is handled by trusted payment providers with SSL encryption and advanced fraud protection. Your payment information is never stored on our site, keeping it completely safe and giving you peace of mind every time you checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are considered final once the item has been claimed and linked to your account. After the item has been successfully claimed, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

Your order may still be eligible for cancellation or a refund as long as the claim link in your delivery email has not been used.

In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

Can I gift items?

Yes! Simply forward the gifting link from the email you receive. Make sure the recipient is logged into their RSI account before claiming the item. Each item can only be gifted and claimed once.

I can't find my item in the hangar. What should I do?

Check the hangar’s sorting, as items are organized by date. Some items may have an older log date, so they could appear further down the list.

How do ship upgrades work?

Ship upgrades let you upgrade your current ship to a higher-value ship. Your base ship’s insurance is retained and carries over. You can upgrade to more expensive ships as often as you like. For full details, please see the Ship Upgrades FAQ.

Do you sell upgraded LTI ships?

No. Unlike some sellers who offer pre-upgraded LTI ships, we provide LTI only on Warbond and original concept ships. These ships can also serve as "LTI tokens," allowing you to create your own upgrade chain and build your fleet your way.

Are all ships immediately flyable?

No, some ships are still in development, but you’ll receive a loaner ship in-game until yours is ready.
