Refund policy
1 Nature of Products
All products sold on our store are digital non tangible goods delivered electronically through methods such as the Star Citizen gifting system account transfer or other in game delivery systems Delivery is considered completed once the item has been sent transferred or made accessible to the customer
All delivery records including timestamps transaction logs and transfer confirmations constitute valid proof of delivery
2 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law customers normally benefit from a 14 day right of withdrawal However this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun
By placing an order you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the product is delivered accessed or claimed
3 No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods
Items can only be transferred once and once delivered or claimed they are permanently associated with the recipient account
Therefore no returns cancellations or refunds will be accepted after delivery has been completed except where required by applicable law
4 Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may only be granted in strictly limited situations
Confirmed non delivery of the product
Technical inability to deliver the item
Incorrect item delivered due to an error on our side
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been successfully recovered or the delivery has been confirmed as impossible
5 Delivery Issues
If a delivery issue occurs
We may request additional information from the customer to complete the delivery
If delivery cannot be completed the order may be canceled
Any digital access or transfer will be revoked where possible before a refund is issued
6 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery including account details and eligibility to receive digital goods
Any failure caused by incorrect information refusal of delivery or inability to receive the item on the customer side does not entitle the customer to a refund
7 Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback
Any unjustified or abusive chargeback may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to our services
We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence of delivery including transaction records timestamps and digital transfer logs to payment providers
8 Third Party Risks
All products originate from third party developers
We are not responsible for any changes restrictions removals or actions taken by the game developer including account limitations or item modifications
Customers acknowledge that purchases are made at their own risk in relation to the policies of the original game developer
9 Customer Initiated Cancellation
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to our approval
If accepted, payment processing fees may be non refundable
An administrative fee of up to 15 percent may be deducted
No cancellation is possible once delivery has been initiated
10 International Customers
For customers outside the European Union
All digital product sales are considered final
Refunds are only granted in cases of confirmed non delivery or proven error on our part
