2 Orders Pricing and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion including in cases of pricing errors technical issues or unexpected changes from suppliers. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be updated at any time without prior notice
3 Delivery of Digital Goods
All products sold on the Site are digital goods Delivery is considered complete once the access details instructions or digital transfer has been provided to the customer. Delivery may occur via account transfer gift system or other appropriate method depending on the product. Once delivered the product is deemed received and accepted by the customer
4 Digital Goods and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
In accordance with Article 16 m of Directive 2011 83 EU on consumer rights the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun. By purchasing on this Site you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed delivered or redeemed
5 Refund and Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods all sales are final once delivery has been completed. Refunds or replacements are only granted in cases where the product was not delivered or was incorrectly delivered due to an error attributable to us. Once a product has been claimed activated or transferred it cannot be returned refunded or exchanged except where required by applicable law
6 Third Party Services and Limitations
Products sold are created and maintained by third party developers. We are not responsible for in game issues bugs account restrictions server downtime or any changes made by the original developer. Customers must contact the game developer directly for issues related to gameplay or platform functionality
7 Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to our services. We reserve the right to contest any unjustified chargeback and to provide evidence of delivery and compliance with these Terms
